Core Duties

* Welcome guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
* Handle operational needs including guest requests, reports, and documentation
* Provide information on property services and local attractions to enhance guest experience
* Maintain a professional appearance, communication, and service standard at all times
* Protect company assets and uphold confidentiality policies
* Ensure safety and cleanliness in guest service areas
* Perform physical tasks such as moving and lifting luggage and assisting guests with belongings
* Support other guest services operations to deliver smooth daily performance

Candidate Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service background preferred
* Strong communication skills and guest-first approach
* Ability to multitask, remain professional, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Physically able to stand, walk, and lift objects as part of daily duties
