Guest Arrival Expert Marriott International Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities
- Support guest arrival and departure processes efficiently and professionally
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out related requests
- Handle guest inquiries, service requests, and operational needs promptly
- Complete daily reports and basic administrative tasks related to guest services
- Share local area information and hotel facilities details with guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to resolve guest issues
- Maintain a visible presence in lobby and guest areas to support service flow
- Follow safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
- Uphold hotel standards for appearance, communication, and professionalism
