Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience or strong interest in the uniform/apparel/retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand standards, client requirements, and production specifications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative and accurate artwork for school uniforms, stationery items, and promotional materials in line with client and brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual presentations for client proposals and approvals.
  • Prepare print-ready files, mock-ups, and artwork for embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, and digital printing.
  • Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
  • Modify and adapt existing designs based on client feedback and production requirements.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files, artwork, and templates.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, and design quality across all projects.
  • Support marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and digital creatives when required.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in school uniforms, apparel, stationery, printing, or textile industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Demonstrates strong AI adaptability with the ability to rapidly learn, apply and create knowledge across evolving technologies.
  • Strong understanding of print processes, fabric limitations, and color management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
