Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company’s branding and visual identity.
  • Design marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, posters, roll-up banners, and advertisements.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Support marketing campaigns with digital creatives, presentations, and promotional graphics.
  • Edit and enhance videos, property photos, infographics, and promotional videos.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design real estate campaign visuals.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with design trends in real estate marketing and digital content creation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of UAE-based experience in the graphic design and real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, flyers, posters, digital, and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with social media marketing content and design trends.
  • Knowledge of video editing, social media design standards and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong creativity, time management, and attention to detail.
