Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative videos, animations, and content aligned with brand identity.
Manage print and digital design projects, ensuring consistency.
Digital Marketing:
Handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and develop content strategies.
Plan and execute ad campaigns across digital platforms.
Optimize websites for SEO and user engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and generate insightful reports.
Sales & Vision:
Develop strategies to promote and sell products and services effectively.
Understand the market and customer needs to generate leads and increase sales.
Collaborate with the team to create innovative campaigns that drive revenue.
Present new ideas and strategies with a clear vision to grow the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and paid campaigns.
Sales experience with a clear understanding of customer engagement strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and tools like WordPress or similar platforms.
A creative mindset with vision, innovative ideas, and the ability to bring them to life.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
