Job Description

• Researching & analyzing tax laws, rules and regulations and examining pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.
• Demonstrating problem solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Preparing individual income tax returns and cost projections for inbound and outbound international employees.
• Familiarity with the regional laws, regulations and procedures.
• Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions.
• Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.
• Coordinating with other Vialto offices where required.

You want to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues, build relationships, grow and make an impact. You also possess the following competencies:

• You have a completed a Bachelors degree
• You are a fluent English speaker, Arabic is a plus
• Experience in the field of global mobility is an advantage, but not necessary
• You are a star in organizing your work and very precise in its execution
• An interest in digital upskilling and openness to learning new tools and ways of working
• You work well with teams across the global in other cultures
