Gerneral Accountant China Petroleum Engineering Co. Ltd (Dubai Branch)

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing procedures.
• Preparation of Year-end financial statements.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Preparing and filing VAT and Corporate tax, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Provide support to ICV certification.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely recording of financial data.
• Prepare, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Provide induction to new joiners to ensure understanding of company accounting processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
