Technical & Maintenance Duties Perform routine inspections of holiday home units to identify maintenance or technical issues Carry out minor repairs including electrical fittings, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting Replace light fixtures, switches, taps, door locks, curtains, and basic hardware as required Coordinate with external technicians/vendors for major repairs and follow up on completion Ensure all equipment, appliances, and utilities are functioning properly before guest check-in Maintain records of maintenance work and report recurring issues to management Housekeeping & Room Attendant Duties Assist in cleaning and preparing rooms/apartments according to holiday home standards Ensure beds are properly made, linens are changed, and amenities are replenished Conduct check-in and check-out inspections for cleanliness and damages Support deep cleaning schedules and special cleaning tasks when required Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and tools Guest & Operations Support Respond promptly to guest maintenance or housekeeping requests Assist in setting up apartments for new guests, including furniture arrangement if needed Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Support operations team during peak occupancy or emergencies
