Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with auditors and other external parties as needed.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
