Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company's financial health.
- Maintain the general ledger by ensuring all transactions are recorded with precision and in accordance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management, offering analytical support to optimize financial performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) highly preferred to enhance credibility and expertise.
Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment to demonstrate proficiency.
Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous for understanding sector-specific regulations.
