Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
2. Perform performance audits to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of retail operations.
3. Identify, assess, and report on risks, controls, and process improvements.
4. Develop and implement audit plans, programs, and procedures.
5. Conduct interviews, observations, and data analysis.
6. Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management.
7. Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations.
8. Monitor and follow up on audit action plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
2. 3+ years of Internal auditing experience(process/operational).
3. Retail industry experience is mandatory.
