Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a FULL-TIME, results-driven role focused on outreach, recruitment, and team building.
It is NOT a retail, shop-based, or counter sales position.
The role requires daily execution, active communication, and the ability to handle rejection.
Candidates looking for part-time, flexible, or office-based work should not apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively recruit and manage a network of promoters
- Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, social media, and communities
- Guide promoters on basic processes and ensure correct communication
- Follow up consistently and push for measurable results
- Track basic activity and report progress regularly
This role is about building and driving a team, not personal retail sales.

- Base salary: AED 3,500 (starting)
- Salary adjustment up to AED 4,500 based on verified performance
