Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, talented & experienced Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to work with us remotely from India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining responsive, high-quality websites, web applications, and digital solutions for clients across various industries. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
Front-End Development

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js
• Convert UI/UX design prototypes into functional, high-quality web pages.
• Optimize front-end performance, page load speed, and overall user experience.
• Ensure websites are cross-browser and cross-device compatible.

Back-End Development

• Build and maintain server-side applications using technologies such as PHP and ASP.Net
• Knowledge and experience in MVC frameworks like Laravel is a must.
• Develop APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement robust security practices to safeguard application and user data.
• Oversee database design, development, and management using MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience and knowledge related to server management and DevOps tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or any related field is a must.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Full Stack Developer in a web agency or similar environment.
• Strong proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue, PHP / Laravel and ASP.Net / Node.js, MySQL / MongoDB, RESTful APIs, Git version control
• Experience with WordPress development (theme customization, plugins) is a plus point.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
