We re looking for a Front-End Engineer to help scale and enhance our suite of user-facing applications. This is a mid-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, agile environment, enjoys critical thinking, and isn t afraid to challenge requirements to get to the root of problems.
What You ll Do
- Build and maintain user-facing applications across our product suite.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to clarify requirements and critique designs.
- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
- Apply modern front-end paradigms and cutting-edge solutions.
- Participate in 2-week sprints within our highly agile, startup-like environment.
- Use AI development tools of your choice (we provide allowances current team uses Copilot, Cursor, Claw).
- 3-4 years of experience in front-end development (startup/scale-up environment preferred).
- Proficiency with our core stack:
- React Router
- TanStack Query (state management)
- Radix (component library)
- Tailwind CSS
- Familiarity with server-side rendering is a plus.
- Critical thinker able to question assumptions and identify pitfalls early.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with minimal long-term planning.
- Fun, collaborative, and easy to work with.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Formal CS degree not required passion and practical skill matter most.
