Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk and cashiering operations during assigned shifts
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, including room assignment and payment verification
  • Complete and review cashier, shift closing, and daily log reports in the system
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments to resolve guest issues
  • Ensure room rates, market codes, and charges are applied correctly and documented
  • Act as a role model for service excellence and Marriott brand standards
  • Support training, coaching, and supervision of front desk associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and data confidentiality
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional front desk environment at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Minimum 1 year of front office or guest services experience in a hotel environment

At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication, guest handling, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting

Professional appearance and commitment to service quality
