Key Responsibilities

  • Complete cashiering, shift closing, and daily reports accurately in the system
  • Review shift logs and daily memo books and record relevant information in logbooks
  • Handle guest calls, requests, and issues by coordinating with departments such as housekeeping and bell services
  • Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identification, securing payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys
  • Sell rooms to walk-in guests based on availability and ensure rates match approved market codes
  • Scan and post outlet checks from facilities such as health club and retail outlets to guest rooms
  • Support management in training, coaching, motivating, and guiding team members during shifts
  • Act as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door processes
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly and complete all required safety training
  • Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of information, and protection of company assets
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests warmly, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and ensure high service standards

Ideal Profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

At least 1 year of front office or guest services experience

At least 1 year of supervisory or team support experience

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work shifts and remain composed in a fast-paced hotel environment
