Your work in hospitality, real estate, hotels, tourism, or any client-facing field? Turn your network into income with our flexible freelance PR role. Join our team as a Freelance PR and invite/book clients for top nightlife venues and exclusive activities. Earnings are 100% commission-based and calculated from your clients’ net spend at partnered venues. The model is simple: bring more, earn more. Beyond nightlife, you can promote luxury activities and experiences to create multiple revenue streams and maximize your commission potential. We’ll assist and support you with any inquiries for smooth communication with venues and clients. This is an open-term, fully flexible arrangement — you manage your own time, and your income depends on your effort and results.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven networker in hospitality / nightlife / tourism / hotels / real estate / concierge or any client-facing field Charismatic communicator (English required; Arabic/Russian/other languages are a plus) Confident selling premium experiences; comfortable with a commission-only model Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven (bring more, earn more) Discreet and professional with VIP/HNW clientele; strong personal presentation Nightlife-savvy: understands table bookings, minimum spends, guest list, and venue etiquette Organized: tracks leads, confirms bookings, and follows up without reminders Dubai-based (or with an active Dubai client base); strong WhatsApp/Instagram outreach skills Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/short-notice requests)
