Job Title: Forex Broker Sales Representative (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: (Target-Based) + High Commission

Important Note:

This is a sales job with unlimited earning potential. There is no cap on how much you can earn—your income depends entirely on your performance.

* If you bring zero business in a month, your payout will be limited.

* Once you generate business, your salary slab increases on top of the base, depending on performance.

* In most cases, commissions are higher than the salary itself.

Language Requirements:

- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory

Knowledge of any other Asian or European language (Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil, Spanish, Russian, French, etc.) is a strong advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- Promote our forex trading platforms and services to new clients

- Reach out to leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp

- Build trust and relationships with potential investors

- Educate clients about forex trading and account opening procedures

- Follow up consistently and close sales

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)

- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven

- Willing to learn and grow in the forex industry

- Ability to handle objections and convert leads into clients
