Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Food Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the operational excellence of food operations across Asl and Tahina, Crispy Chicken, and the food service section within Circle K stores. The role ensures high standards of food safety, quality, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and operational compliance. By providing strong leadership, consistent monitoring, and direct support to store-level food teams, the Food Area Manager guarantees smooth daily operations, achievement of sales and food cost targets, and adherence to brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Food & Beverage Management.
  • Advanced certifications in Food Safety or HACCP are a plus.

Experience

  • 8 15 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
  • At least 7 years in a supervisory role managing multi-outlet food operations.
  • Previous experience with QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or casual dining brands is preferred.

Skills (Technical)

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene regulations, and food safety laws.
  • Proficiency in POS, ERP, and reporting tools.
  • Data analysis skills for food cost, variance, and waste management.
  • Ability to plan and monitor food operations audits.
