Position Overview
This role supports daily restaurant operations and ensures guests enjoy a smooth, friendly, and memorable dining experience through attentive service and consistent coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support meal service and assist guests throughout their dining experience.
- Set tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests, provide accurate menu information, and maintain service quality.
- Clean and organize work areas, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow safety rules, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Move, lift, carry, push, and pull items within required weight limits.
- Verify menu details and ensure the dining area is always guest-ready.
- Assist team members and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.
