Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you play an essential role in delivering exceptional hospitality service to guests. Your main objective is to provide efficient and courteous assistance in serving food and beverages while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable dining environment. The role requires a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will be expected to familiarize yourself with menu offerings, answer customer inquiries, and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Whether you're taking orders, serving food and drinks, or resetting tables, your friendly demeanor and professional attitude are key to creating memorable experiences for guests.


Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus and service information.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests in a timely manner.
  • Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals to guests.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally to all guests.
  • Ensure that food and beverage items are presented attractively and correctly.
  • Clear and reset dining tables promptly to prepare for the next guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns courteously, escalating as necessary.
  • Monitor dining area for tidy environment and adherence to health standards.
  • Assist with stocking and replenishing service stations as required.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Upsell menu items and promote special offerings to enhance guest experience.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar food and beverage service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure compliance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays and equipment.
