Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop coverage plans and expand product distribution across SSS outlets.
  • Build long-term relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
  • Ensure strong product visibility, shelf space, and point-of-sale execution.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out through local promotions and visibility support.
  • Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
  • Manage collections, payments, and credit terms effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE market (SSS channel preferred).
  • Strong personal network with self-service stores, groceries, and wholesalers.
  • Ability to deliver quick wins and expand distribution footprint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
