What You ll Do

* Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to understand business and customer needs
* Design, develop, and release Flutter-based mobile applications in small, iterative batches
* Ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
* Mentor other engineers and promote continuous improvement in team practices
* Apply lean, XP, and continuous delivery methodologies for high-quality output
* Simplify and optimize existing systems, processes, and solutions
* Implement automated testing (unit, widget, integration) to ensure end-to-end quality
* Stay updated with mobile technologies, frameworks, and industry trends

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience, ideally in an XP environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Refactoring)
* At least 1 year of hands-on development with Flutter (Dart)
* Strong knowledge of Flutter ecosystem including state management, dependency injection, and testing frameworks
* Understanding of native mobile development lifecycle for iOS and Android (Kotlin/Java & Swift/Objective-C)
* Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
* Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools for mobile applications
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
* Growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to empathize with user needs
