Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily allocation and utilization of limousine vehicles
- Monitor driver attendance, shift allocation, and vehicle handovers
- Ensure fleet compliance with RTA rules, permits, insurance, and registration
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and repairs
- Monitor and control fines, accidents, Salik, and traffic violations
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections for cleanliness, safety, and branding
- Coordinate with workshops, insurance companies, and service providers
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each vehicle
- Handle driver issues, escalations, and operational challenges
- Support Operations Manager in daily reporting and audits
- Track fuel consumption and control fleet-related costs
- Ensure timely renewal of vehicle documents and driver cards
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in limousine or transport operations
- Strong knowledge of RTA limousine regulations and compliance
- Experience managing large driver and vehicle fleets
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management systems
