Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new fleet business opportunities within the corporate and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key fleet clients and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive fleet sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery in coordination with the management team.
  • Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets in alignment with overall company goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet sales activities, pipelines, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and UAE market regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in automotive fleet sales within the UAE (experience with premium brands preferred).
  • Strong network and existing client base within the UAE corporate and government sectors is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
