Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new fit-out project opportunities by networking, lead generation, and market research to expand the client base.
Conduct thorough client needs assessments, translating requirements into viable fit-out solutions, and preparing detailed proposals and quotations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors to foster repeat business and referrals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and finalize sales deals in line with company objectives.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for solution delivery.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in the built environment.
Holds relevant certifications such as LEED AP or other industry-specific credentials, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
Has a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience within the fit-out or construction industry, showcasing a track record of success.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction methodologies, ensuring technical proficiency.
Strong client network and market knowledge in UAE.
Have proven record of sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
Immediate joiner preferred.
