Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all company accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and cost accounting.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support company financial health.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accounting standards and policies.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct analysis of financial risks and develop risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve financial processes and decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity.
• Evaluate and improve revenue-generating and cost-cutting financial strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to executives on financial trends and developments.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role for a minimum of five years.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and team management experience with proven strategic planning capability.
• Solid knowledge of financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred but not required.
