Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key business partner, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight to drive business growth. You ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, safeguarding assets, and supporting decision-making across the organization.
What you ll do
Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and forecasts in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to support operational needs
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic decisions
Partner with department heads to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
Supervise day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to maintain strong financial governance
Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools for efficiency and accuracy
Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting continuous development and high performance
Desired Candidate Profile
What we re looking for
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master s degree or MBA is a plus)
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in finance management, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or multinational organizations
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and UAE compliance regulations
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
