About The Role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We re looking for a Financial Controller who ll report to the Group FC. Youll focus on Revoluts TechCo entities, responsible for non-operating branches and subsidiaries of Revolut Ltd.

What Youll Be Doing

• Monthly accounting and bookkeeping while collaborating with Shared Service Centre
• Working with our Global Tax team for VAT and CIT filings
• Managing local audits
• Managing accounting vendors (under local GAAP)
• Being the point of contact for all finance-related matters for the entity
• Leading automation projects
• Improving processes to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through both automation and control measures
  
  

What Youll Need

• 5+ years of experience in a related position (4+ if youre a qualified accountant)
• IFRS experience and an understanding of how to apply standards
• Experience as an external auditor with some financial services industry experience, or as a financial controller or accountant
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
