Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description:
- Position: Field Sales Executive or Senior Executive (FLS)
- Industry: POS Acquiring / Payments / Fintech
- Location: Sharjah | Northern Emirates | Abu Dhabi | Dubai
What You ll Do
- Acquire new merchants for POS machines & payment acceptance solutions
- Pitch POS, card payments, QR & digital wallets to retailers & SMEs
- Conduct daily field visits and close merchant sign-ups
- Manage onboarding, documentation & activation coordination
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build strong merchant relationships
Who We re Looking For
- Experience of 3-5 years in POS acquiring / banking / fintech / telecom / FMCG field sales.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills | Proficiency in Malayalam is required;
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Good understanding of the UAE merchant ecosystem
- Target-driven, self-motivated & field-ready
- UAE experience preferred | Immediate joiners are a plus
