Roles & Responsibilities
The Field Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving the sales and revenue of a company through on-site client engagement and direct sales activities. This dynamic position requires a proactive individual with a strong dedication to achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering effective presentations to promote our products or services. Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued success.
- Conduct on-site visits to present and demonstrate product offerings effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients in-person and virtually.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and follow up on leads thoroughly.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand professional network.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain client trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field or direct sales capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
