Roles & Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.
Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations.
Utilize market research, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the unique features of our properties.
Guide clients through the transaction process, negotiate contract terms, and provide expert advice.
Use our CRM system daily to manage leads and sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Proven sales or business development experience in Real Estate (preferred)
Luxury Retail, Tourism, Tech, Start-ups, Consultancy,
Preferably 1+ year of experience in Dubai's real estate market.
Bachelor s degree in business, Management, or a related field. Or or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills in English Independent, self-driven, and organized.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
