Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support Photography Production: Assist the production team with setup, coordination, and execution of photoshoots, ensuring all equipment and logistics are in place. Client & Student Coordination: Arrange and manage students/clients for photoshoots, including scheduling, preparing shot lists, and ensuring smooth transitions during sessions. Relationship Management: Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the shoot.
Desired Candidate Profile
o Proven experience in office administration o Strong organizational and multitasking skills o Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Ability to assist with day-to-day office tasks, scheduling, and filing o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
