Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: * Promote company transport and logistics services to new and existing clients * Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate service information * Generate leads through phone calls, visits, and online networking * Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals * Maintain and update client records * Coordinate with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
