Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Finance Support: Assist in maintaining financial records, preparing basic reports, handling invoices, and coordinating with accounts.
Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing activities, preparing presentations, handling social media updates, and supporting client communications.
Administration: Manage office documentation, maintain filing systems, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Operations: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, support project execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Female Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a versatile skill set to manage responsibilities across finance, marketing, administration, and operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any relevant field. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration, finance, or related roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
