Position Overview
DC Aviation Al-Futtaim is looking for an FBO Operations Executive to join its team at Al-Maktoum International Airport in Dubai. The position requires a professional who can manage ramp activities, coordinate with crew and passengers, and deliver premium service while ensuring compliance with aviation standards. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-growing aviation hub and play a vital role in providing exceptional ground handling and guest experiences.

Core Duties

* Supervise and facilitate the arrival and departure of aircraft, ensuring smooth service for passengers and crew
* Secure landing and takeoff permits, slots, and clearances, coordinating closely with regulatory authorities
* Handle schedule changes and provide services accurately as per client handling requests
* Escort guests and crew between landside and airside areas, ensuring privacy and comfort at all times
* Compile and share daily operational reports, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments
* Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of all FBO areas to high presentation standards
* Record and analyze aircraft movement data, producing accurate weekly and monthly operational reports
* Coordinate external providers for fuel, catering, customs, immigration, security, police, hotels, and transportation
* Process invoices, handling records, and payments in line with company procedures
* Report safety hazards immediately and implement corrective actions as required
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure services are executed efficiently and professionally
* Provide VIP-level personal assistance to passengers, crew, and visitors to ensure a welcoming experience

Candidate Requirements

* High school certificate or equivalent education
* Valid UAE driver s license is mandatory
* Prior experience in aviation operations with a strong focus on customer service and VVIP handling
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of clients and colleagues
* Skilled at multitasking and problem-solving under pressure
* Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent service excellence
* Flexibility to handle irregular hours and dynamic operational demands
