What You ll Do

* Provide care across age groups with focus on prevention, treatment, and wellness
* Conduct health screenings, manage chronic diseases, and promote patient education
* Explain diagnoses, treatments, medications, and lifestyle adjustments clearly to patients
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
* Collaborate with specialists to deliver coordinated and holistic healthcare
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with standards
* Participate in clinical audits, research, and medical education for continuous improvement

Ideal Profile

* DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist in Family Medicine
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Strong ability to manage both routine and complex medical cases
* Committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care
* Team-oriented with adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
* Experience in building or managing a patient following preferred

Required Qualifications

* MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
* Completion of recognized Family Medicine specialty qualification (DHA/HAAD/MOH UAE approved)
* Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
* Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience
* Research publications in peer-reviewed journals an advantage
