Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant trade is highly desirable.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as welding certifications (AWS, ASME), electrical certifications (e.g., licensed electrician), or mechanical fitter certifications is a must.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a factory environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of fabrication, welding, electrical, and mechanical principles.
• Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is crucial, with experience in heavy industry being a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics related to fabrication, welding, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong technical skills in welding (MIG, TIG, stick), electrical wiring, troubleshooting, mechanical assembly, and equipment maintenance are essential.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools, including welders, grinders, multimeters, and precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and fabrication issues efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong work ethic.
