The Factory Production Supervisor plays a pivotal role in enhancing factory production operations by ensuring that the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position is critical for maintaining operational excellence, enforcing quality standards, and optimizing workforce performance. As a Factory Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production process from inception to completion, ensuring that products meet company and industry quality standards. You will be tasked with leading a team, enforcing safety protocols, troubleshooting operational issues, and liaising with other departments such as quality control and logistics to achieve production goals. In addition to strong leadership capabilities, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement in the production process.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production workers to optimize performance.
• Coordinate production schedules and ensure that production goals are met on time.
• Monitor production processes and implement cost-effective strategies for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols to minimize hazards.
• Monitor workflow and make adjustments to processes as needed for optimization.
• Perform routine inspections and oversee maintenance of production equipment.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure high product standards.
• Analyse production data and generate reports for management decision-making.
• Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to meet production timelines.
• Train new employees on company policies, equipment use, and safety regulation adherence.
• Facilitate communication between different departments, including logistics and HR.
• Optimize resource allocation including manpower, materials, and machinery utilization.

• Bachelor s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing process and standard production techniques.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work cross-departmentally.
