Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the link between management and shop-floor workers, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day production operations. Supervise and motivate the production team to achieve efficiency and productivity. Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance with factory regulations. Manage workflow according to production schedules and cutting lists.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor / Floor In-charge in a manufacturing or fabrication setup. Hands-on experience with cutting lists, material allocation, and workflow management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules. Strong leadership skills to supervise, train, and motivate shop-floor workers. Knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality standards. Familiarity with inventory management and minimizing material wastage. Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance regulations. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
