Factory Manager – Lubricant Production & Recycling Doha factory for industrial investment

We Doha industrial investment company are looking to hire a Factory Manager to establish and manage our new automotive lubricant production and filling facility. The plant will specialize in producing high-quality lubricants from recycled oil, ensuring sustainable and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the establishment and commissioning of the new lubricant production and filling factory. • Manage all aspects of oil recycling, treatment, and refining into reusable automotive lubricants. • Supervise the selection and use of raw materials, chemical additives, base oils, and equipment. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, lubricant classifications, and international codes for base oils and lubricants. • Lead production planning, quality control, cost analysis, and operational efficiency. • Build, train, and manage a skilled technical and production team. Requirements: • Proven experience in lubricant production and oil recycling industry. • Strong knowledge of raw materials, chemical processes, and treatment technologies for used oil. • Familiarity with base oil categories, lubricant codes, and blending formulations. • Technical expertise in operating and maintaining recycling and lubricant filling equipment. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
