Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Fitting and welding of stainless steel sanitary pipes for the food and beverage industry
  • TIG weld sanitary stainless-steel pipe in various positions
  • Ability to fabricate using jigs, fixtures, and weld preps from cut lists or raw material.
  • TIG welds stainless steel fittings and tubing together into spools, manifolds, and miscellaneous custom fittings per print specifications.
  • Fabricate and assemble components for process systems
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, isometric sketches to determine fabrication and assembly steps.
  • Cut, deburr, and fit tubing using saws & tube hand tools.
  • Perform precision layout, tack welding, and alignment of components to tight tolerances.
  • Grind and polish welds to meet standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • technical certification in welding or fabrication
  • 3+ years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel, ideally in a sanitary environment.
  • Proficiency with sanitary tube fitting standards
  • Must be able to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, squares, tape measures).
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
