Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create precise fabrication plans and ensure accurate dimensions.
  • Operate a variety of tools and machinery, including lasers, plasma cutters, and welding equipment, to shape and assemble materials.
  • Select appropriate materials for each project based on strength, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards and minimize errors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with vocational training in metal fabrication or welding being preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a fabrication shop or manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) are highly desirable and can set candidates apart.
  • Experience with CAD software for design and simulation is a strong plus to ensure efficient project execution.
