Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
  Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Staff Management:
  Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Financial Management:
  Managing budgets, controlling costs, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial performance, with overall P&L performance metrics.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Customer Service:
  Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Compliance:
  Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other relevant laws and policies.
• Marketing & Sales:
  Implementing marketing strategies, promoting the restaurant, and contributing to sales growth.
• Reporting:
  Preparing regular reports on various aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, expenses, and employee performance.
• Problem Solving:
  Addressing and resolving issues related to staff, customers, finances, and operations.
• Leadership:
  Motivating and inspiring staff, fostering a positive work environment, and leading by example.
