Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies specifically tailored for the US and African markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners within the US and African regions to drive perfume sales growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the US and African perfume markets.
  • Manage and oversee the entire export sales cycle, including order processing, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management, providing insights into market trends and sales performance.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional activities with partners and distributors in the US and African markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on the perfume or beauty industry.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales in the US and/or African markets.
  • Exhibits strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
