Roles & Responsibilities
True Guard Property Maintenance Services is a fast-growing maintenance and facilities service provider in Dubai. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality home and office maintenance solutions, including electrical, plumbing, AC, painting, carpentry, and general handyman services. We are expanding our skilled team and seeking a versatile Multiskilled Painter & Carpenter who is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to excellence.
1- Perform professional painting works including surface preparation, wall/ceiling painting, touch-ups, and finishing to ensure high-quality results.
2- Carry out carpentry works such as repairing, installing, and maintaining doors, frames, cabinets, shelves, skirting, and wooden fixtures.
3- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials as required for repairs and installations.
4- Inspect, diagnose, and recommend appropriate solutions for property maintenance issues. Ensure safe use of tools, equipment, and materials.
5- Deliver projects on time while maintaining True Guard’s high-quality standards.
6- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Requirements Proven experience as a Painter and Carpenter in property maintenance, facilities management, or construction.
2- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in painting and carpentry.
3- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
4- Good understanding of workplace safety standards.
5- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
6- Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance work.
7- UAE experience and a valid driving license are an advantage.
