Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate JCB, Bobcat, and Excavator machinery with precision and safety, adhering strictly to operational guidelines and site regulations.
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections and maintenance checks on equipment, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues promptly to prevent downtime.
  • Perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in measurements and adherence to project blueprints.
  • Load and unload materials, such as soil, gravel, and debris, with skill, optimizing space and minimizing spillage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification, showcasing formal training and competency in operating machinery.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of proven experience operating JCB, Bobcat, and Excavator equipment, indicating a seasoned professional.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of construction site safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
