With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Pastry Chef to join the One&Only team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral spart of the Resort s success and your role goes beyond running the pastry and bakery kitchens at the Resort with the aim of maintaining the established standards, ensuring profitability and achieving maximum guest satisfaction.

Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same capacity in an upscale 5* hotel/resort environment. Ability to work in a multicultural and challenging working environment, who can lead, supervises and motivates his/her staff in all aspect of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance to the standard operating procedures established. Innovation, creativity, dynamism, passion and flexibility and good people skills are required for this role.
