Role Summary

You ll be the primary bridge between our clients and our in-house talent. Your mission is to nurture long-term relationships, understand each client s brand goals, and translate them into actionable briefs the team can deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Lead discovery calls to capture event objectives, tech needs, and stand design requirements.
• Present concepts, timelines, and budgets; handle scope changes diplomatically.
• Lead the content mock up stage with the support of the design team.
• Oversee internal deadlines, updates, and changes from the client during the development stage.
• Arrange on-site quality tests on all tech integrations (RFID, AR/VR, LED walls, etc.)
• Be able to multi-task multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 1 3 yrs in project management within events tech, experiential marketing, or exhibition stand production.
• Proven track record delivering complex, tech-heavy projects (apps, interactive games, holograms, etc.)
• Bachelor s in Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or related field. PMP or Prince2 a plus.
