Events & Hospitality Manager in our office in Dubai


Were seeking an Events and Hospitality Manager to join our Marketing team within our Operations function, to lead the delivery of high-impact events, premium hospitality experiences, and meaningful client gifting programs across B2B, B2C, and fintech sectors.


This role plays a key part in shaping how the brand shows up in the world, from global expos and private client gatherings to relationship building gestures like Ramadan and end of year gifting. You ll own everything from contracts to on ground execution and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external vendors to make it all happen.

Responsibilities:

Trading & Fintech Event Management (B2B & B2C)

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage participation in strategic events (e.g. Finance Magnets).
  • Negotiate sponsorship packages and finalise contracts with organizers, with internal approvals from compliance and legal.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders: marketing, design, content, social, project management, etc.
  • Lead booth design discussions and contractor coordination through approval and submission.
  • Track deliverables using Confluence and JIRA, and manage execution timelines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all sponsor assets and booth artwork.
  • Handle speaker logistics, company forms, registration, and on-site requirements.
  • Source and manage branded giveaways, including vendor coordination and storage.
  • Arrange photography/videography and ensure media assets are delivered in real time to social teams.
  • Attend all key events in person to manage on-ground logistics, setup, team support, and client experience.

Hospitality

  • Plan and host high end client and partner gatherings around key events and markets.
  • Source, evaluate, and book premium venues (e.g. Arts Club Dubai, private lounges, exclusive dining experiences).
  • Own the full hospitality experience: invites, guest list coordination (with Sales), F&B, branding, setup, and vendor liaison.
  • Act as on ground host to ensure seamless, elevated experiences that reflect the brand s values.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key invitees and ensure follow through on attendance and engagement.

Client Gifting Programs

  • Plan and execute client gifting moments (e.g. Ramadan, end of year, milestone recognition).
  • Source suitable vendors, curate thoughtful and premium gift options, and manage branding/customization.
  • Coordinate with Sales and business managers to obtain accurate client lists by market or segment.
  • Oversee production, packing, shipping, and delivery, ensuring a premium and timely client experience.
  • Maintain documentation of vendors, budgets, and delivery tracking.

Budget & Operational Ownership

  • Own and manage budgets for events, hospitality, and gifting.
  • Track expenses accurately and ensure alignment with finance and broader marketing budgets.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all quotes, invoices, and payments.
  • Continuously optimize vendor relationships for value, quality, and cost efficiency.

  • Polished communication style, comfortable dealing with executives, VIP clients, and vendors.
  • Creative flair when it comes to hospitality and gifting, paired with strong business acumen.


Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or brand marketing , ideally in financial services, fintech, or luxury industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder events from planning through to execution.
  • Experience with high end hospitality and corporate gifting programs.
  • Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and cross functional coordination skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Skilled in using Confluence, JIRA, Excel, and basic project tracking tools.
  • Willing and able to travel for regional and international events.
